So I'll be doing it sets of one of one minute each

Which literally is just a rep, but you're holding time on the tension, so here's what I'm gonna

Set the timer

Grab the kettlebell

Loop it through like this

As you see here turn to the side so you got to see all you do

See the camera there use the okay grip which is like that

And leave it for a minute

You can move it up a little bit if you just want to hit a different part of your penis
