The slave is lying in the cage when Miss Yara enters the room. His hands are bound in transparent rubber gloves. The cage is locked. His neck is placed in a pillory in the cage door. The position is thus predetermined and movement is almost impossible. Miss Yara also attaches cuffs to the slave's ankles. She uses pulleys to tie his balls to his feet, making the situation more than uncomfortable.
