Good morning everybody. I hope you all had a wonderful day yesterday.

So, today we're going to work on your side meridians.

So, just take a couple of deep breaths in.

You can start just by moving very slowly.

When your side meridians are tight, your lower back is going to be tight.

Between your shoulders it's going to be tight.

And that's where all the stiffness comes from.

It's just from being compressed in your spine.

Take nice deep breaths here.

Just moving that inner core.

Now once you get the abdominals strengthened and you start moving the intestines

and get all that food that's stuck in there.

It's going to start feeling a lot better.

Pay attention to your cravings.

Because whatever you're craving, that's what you need to stop eating.

Whatever you're craving, that's what's making your body swell up.

So if it's sugar, you can cure the craving.

Every time you have a craving, either drink a glass of water with lemon in it

or a glass of water with a little bit of apple cider vinegar.

You don't need a lot, just like half a teaspoon.

What that does is it slowly kills that sugar bacteria that's making you crave it.

Your body plays tricks on you.

It makes you crave the things that it needs to feed on.

The bacteria in your body is what's doing it.
