So I'm going to be doing another outdoor cold video today.

I hope you guys enjoy.

This one's going to be a little bit tough, so I'm going to try to keep warm by doing a few exercises.

Very cold out here, as you can tell.

And of course it's snowing right now.

Oh, finally.

That was so cold out there.

I'm glad I get to warm up with a nice warm shower.

Well, that was definitely cold, but I think I would do it again if anybody ever asked.

Especially challenging ones like that one.

Oh, it was freezing.

Of course it was snowing at the same time.

This is definitely warming me up really quick.

I think the worst part was probably sitting at the very end.
