I'm saying if the defendant stole your property,

it is unlikely that you would file a police report the next day.

That somebody broke in and stole a lot of property, including her property, and

that there was no evidence of ***** entry, and

the only open door was that she sold the door to this suite, which she didn't make.

The only way you can hold the defendant responsible is that you can demonstrate

either some real negligence on her part, or that she took your property.
