All right, good morning everybody. Welcome to today's workout. Today I'm just going to do a beginner workout.

And I know when you first start working out, the same as for me, I was in so much pain.

You don't really feel like working out because you're hurt. But if you start working out,

it's like just getting that movement back in your body. If you sit a lot, stand in the same place a lot,

you drive a lot, that's going to cause a lot of pain because you're not moving.

So this is just basic. You know, you can do this on your couch, so let's get right to it.

Just starting with a basic warm-up. So we're just going to lift and lower our legs.

And you might think, "Wow, that's pretty easy." And it is easy.

And what it's doing is it's just getting your hip joints moving, but you're also strengthening the fronts of your thigh.

Remember to breathe.

And of course you want to make sure you're sitting up straight.

I'm just going to show you from the side.

You don't want to sit like this while you're doing it.

Right?

You want to sit up straight.

Roll those shoulders down and back.

You can also sit with your arms behind your back.

That's going to keep you sitting up straight.

A lot of our posture, poor posture, is caused from our phones.
