Hello everybody and welcome to today's practice. So today I'm doing the voiceover. I had a little

trouble with DaVinci not working right so we're doing a workout today for our neck,

shoulders, and our jaw and hold all of our tension in our neck and shoulders. So

we're just going to start with looking move your head up and down very slowly.

Just take nice deep breaths here.

Inhale when your head is forward and exhale when your head is back.

And just go nice and slow and take about 8 to 12 breaths doing all these poses.

Make sure your shoulders are rolled down and back and that you're sitting up straight.

Now we're just going to go forward and backward very slowly.

Focus on a spot in the center of the forehead

and just relax. We're going to go left and right with the head here.

You can also put your hands behind your back and what that does is it makes you sit up straight.

All right so that you can just get a deeper stretch in your back.

Now we're going to go left and right here.

Gently soft flow. Just take time to stretch out your shoulders.

We hold all of our tension in our shoulders so when you get this mobility moving in your shoulders,

when you open up your chest and your neck,
