So we let that get a little gooey and caramely.

We let our pears keep going here.

And then we're going to hit it with a little cream of cocoa.

We let the sugars down, these get a little caramely and brown.

eggs, French vanilla creamer, and cinnamon.

Whisk that up.

Then we're going to make our dredge.

Crushed pecans and crushed toasted hazelnuts.

This is going to go in the egg wash.

And right on to the batter.

Roll it about three minutes a side until it gets nice and crispy and toasty.
