Alright, so here's part two of our naked yoga at the beach and this section is
all about the torso and spine. Alright, so here's what we're gonna do. Hold on to
your knees, lift your chest, lift your chin, arch your back and now do the
opposite. Lean back, round your back, look at your
cock and again lift your chest, lift your chin, arch, really extend that spine
and then curl round that back. Look at your dick one more time. Big arch, lean way
back. Feel that stretch go all the way through the top of your head and curl.
There you go. Okay, take one hand behind you, the other hand to your knee, pushing
off that hand behind you, twist and look over your shoulder.
Twisting is the movement of the spine we lose the fastest as we age. Okay, other
way. Hand to the knee, push off the hand behind you to lengthen your spine.
Twist.
One more time each way. Hand to the knee, push off the ground, long spine.
A lot of air traffic today. Alright, other side. Keep your spine as tall as possible.
Lift and twist.
