Watch me work out my abs by doing crunches, side crunches, plank work and back exercises.

Hi there, Adrienne! It's so good to see you today. Very nice of you to join me in working

out. So, we're going to be mostly focusing on our apps today, and who knows, maybe you'll

learn a few new things from me. But we may as well get right into it. So be sure to follow

along and definitely don't get distracted. So we're just going to start off by doing

some basic crunches, just as a warm-up. I'm trying to keep up with you.

Good job. Now we're going to do the same exercise on each side.

Alright, and we're going to do double crunches while we're on this side. So let me know if

you feel like you're losing your legs along with me.

Oh, goodness. Are you keeping up with me still, Adrienne? Now we're going to do the same thing,

but on the other side.

Alright, now same thing, but incorporate legs.

Good job keeping up. Oh my gosh. Alright, we're going to slow down a little bit and

just do some leg lifts. And make sure you are nice and controlled.

Oh my gosh.

Oh, goodness. Good job keeping up, Adrienne. Looks like you're doing pretty good so far.

Alright, we're going to move into planking after this. And this is great for your abs and even your back.

So you're just going to get into a plank position and hold it as long as you can. Make sure your back is nice and straight.
