Three weeks ago, we met Wes, who just moved here from up north.
So I'm going to live in the front house
and then use the guest houses for vacation rentals.
This is a great location in a prime neighborhood,
but let's be honest, this house needs a lot of work.
Dalton and Vincent planted some seed in the back garden.
Two weeks ago, Nick worked on the drywall with Dalton.
And last week, I've invited two of my favorite plumbers,
Dave and Bo, out.
They're going to do the job.
They always make the best pipe you can find here in the valley.
Today, Austin and Colby will put the finishing touches
on the home.

We're finally done.
Our contractors have been working hard all week.
