Well, good morning everybody.

Happy Mother's Day.

I probably don't have any women in my channel, but to all you single dads out there, I was

a single mom.

And so I know what it's like if you are a single dad.

You're a mom and dad.

So happy Mother's Day.

So I'm not going to use any program today.

I'm going to just do some free flow.

So let's move back and forth, side to side.

Just remember to take a nice deep breath, so you can calm yourself and just find your

own peace today, every day.

And it doesn't matter what you do in your program.

It's good to do something.

I keep telling you that.

So just square back from side to side.

And now I'm going to do some circles.

Come to the front.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Just kind of close your eyes and drift into your own body.

And change direction.

and come to the center,

and now step forward on the back,

or you can hang on to your ankles,

bring your chest forward, open up,

take a deep breath in, and come back.

Then go as slow or as quickly as you like. I like to go slow to begin with.

Slowly stretch out those muscles.

And you'll kind of hear, you know, things moving in your body.

My kneecaps are kind of stretching out as I'm doing it, snapping shoulders.

Okay, now we're going to lean to the side.

Take a deep breath in.
