So today we are going to do some stretching for the inner thighs.

And if you don't have yoga blocks you can use pillows if you need them.

You can also use a yoga strap if you want.

You can just be holding your legs up there.

But I want to stretch out the inner thighs today.

Okay, so we are just going to come as close as you can to the wall.

And then you are going to flip around with your feet up.

Okay.

So this pose just by itself is really good.

Alright, just holding your feet up there.

Okay.

We are just going to lay the blocks right on the floor here.

And you can push away and down if you want.

This is good to strengthen the legs and stretch out the lower back.

Just keep your feet flat on the wall when you do it.

Alright.

So the pose for today, you are going to start with your feet up.

Flex your feet.

Deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

And then we are just going to walk the foot out a little bit.

Okay.

Now while you are here, gently rotate the legs.

In and out.

And what this is doing is just getting the hip joints moving.

And just take nice deep breaths here.

You can slow it down to whatever speed you need it to be.

The slower you go, the better it is.

Alright.

Because it's training your muscles to start moving again.

They don't normally turn like this, so it's good to activate them.
