that we're gonna work on today.

Okay, Jimmy, so once you complete 20 of the kettlebell squats,

we're gonna move right into lunges.

I wanna keep your heart rate up, so let's keep it moving.

and then you're just gonna pulse here, okay?

And you're gonna do 20 pulses

before switching to the other side.

I don't want you to rush through these either.

Your legs are gonna start burning,

but just power through it.
