Next we're going to transition into Downward Dog.

We'll stretch our hamstrings.

Alright, like I said, you don't want to wear anything too restrictive.

The next one I'm going to do is bend over for my hamstrings.

I'm going to take these off.

That way it's less to get in the way.

Alright, for this one, you're going to basically reach down as far as you can.

I'll just hang there and relax.
