Do you ever do any stretching before you work out?
Sometimes.
Yeah, you should probably do it every time.
You have to warm the muscles up.
It's kind of like taking a shower before a massage.
It gets the muscles all nice and loose.
I'm going to show you a really quick stretching exercise that you can do.
If you have a buddy at the gym, he can help you with it.
You can kind of do it on your own, but it's better to have a buddy.
Essentially what you're going to do is stretch the hamstring and the glutes at the same time.
If you're doing it yourself, just put your elbow in there and just pull forward.
If you have a buddy, you can do it this way.
Feel that pull?

Good range of motion though.
You should hold it for a good minute if you can.
