Hello, My drone. Welcome back to our magic journey... today we're going deeper. All you need to do is listen to my voice and follow every little word. Let's start by getting comfortable. Close your eyes... that's it. Now, take a deep breath in... and out... Feel your body begin to relax, let the tension slip away. I'm going to help you relax even more deeply now, using a special method. Focus on your eyelids... notice how heavy they feel. With each breath, they become heavier, so heavy that soon you won't even want to open them. Now... let's try a little experiment. In a moment, I'll ask you to try and open your eyes, but you'll find that they're too heavy, too relaxed to open. So on the count of three, I want you to try... but notice how they stay closed. One... two... three... try now. Let your whole body follow, sinking into a warm, peaceful feeling. My voice is here to guide you... Now focus on something special, something beautiful. My lips. My lips a soft, glossy, and full.

Let's start by getting comfortable. Close your eyes. Let's sit. Just let go.
Now take a deep breath in and out.
In and out.
Feel your body begin to relax.
Feel the tension slip away.
I'm going to help you relax even deeper now using a special method.
Focus on your eyelids. Notice how heavy they feel. With each breath they become heavier.
So heavy that soon you won't even be able to open them.
Now let's try a little experiment. In a moment I'll ask you to try and open your eyes.
But you'll find that they're too heavy, too relaxed to open.
So on the count of three I want you to try.

One, two, three. Try now.
Good.
Just let go.
Deeper.
Let your whole body follow.
Sinking into a warm, peaceful feeling.

So relaxed.
Now that you're deeply relaxed, floating in this warm, safe place, it's time to focus on something truly captivating.
I want you to draw your attention to my lips.
My soft, glossy lips.

So full.
