With how much money nature had and having such a nice house, you won't have any problem with us being here, right?
Well, I mean, sure, but there's no problem about the money.
So, Nicole, what was the exact damage to your house that required so much repair?
Oh, well, you know, there was this gas pipe that got damaged over time.
That's not supposed to happen, but some of the pipes that lead to the kitchen got damaged.
Gas pipes? I thought you told me the roof got damaged because of a storm.
Oh, well, yeah, it did. It was the kitchen roof, dear, you see.
When the repair guys came to assess the damage, they realized the damage
was to the gas pipes, which happens, you know, how it is, dear.
Well, maybe you don't, because you've never had to buy a mansion.
When the house was bought, the focus was mainly on how luxurious it was,
how big the pool was, and the ground and stuff, you know, the house theater, the garden, the little amenities.
It was a big mistake that the pipes never got checked, though.
