Thinking that everything surrounds you, reality, is nothing more than a creation of your mind.

Do you mean that everything I see or feel, I actually make up?

Exactly! Contrary to other philosophical theories, which think that the material world is the real

one and that the mind deforms it, Descartes believes that the origin of everything is the mind.

But that can't be correct, impossible, my mind couldn't create.

If I had something to do with the creation of my surroundings,

at least I would have imagined a reality that has a vida more favorable to me.

I mean, look at this morning, why would my own mind create such an utter mess for me to experience?

Unless it hates me.

Sometimes I think my life is the work of a malevolent foodie-owen, to say the least.

Sometimes you exaggerate, Ali. I don't think you fully understood the concept,

but it's a good way to destroy a philosophical argument to think you're a jinxed.
