Two weeks ago we met Wes who just moved here from up north. He found this great
house with two small casitas in the back that he plans to use as vacation
rentals. So I'm going to live in the front house and then use the guest
houses for vacation rentals. This is a great location in a prime neighborhood
but let's be honest this house needs a lot of work. So clearly we need to take
care of all this rubble, tile, things like that. Dalton and Vincent planted
some seed in the back garden. And last week Nick worked on the drywall with
Dalton. Proper drywall is about finding the studs and pounding real hard. Wes, this
week we're gonna be looking at what deeper work the casitas need. Now since
you're gonna be renting out these spaces we need strong and reliable pipes to get
a heavy load. Okay. I've invited two of my favorite plumbers Dan and Bo out.
They're gonna do the job. They always lay the best pipe you can find here in the
Valley. Sounds good. Great.
