So today we're just going to do a little bit of back stretch for you.

It's important every day to try to keep those hips open and that back stretched out.

So we're going to start in ******* pose.

We're going to round back here.

Just let the hips open.

Nice and easy. Arms extended out.

Squeeze your core.

Round the back.

Lower.

Round.

Your tips palm rests. Shoulders down and back.

Always double check. Check in with your hand placement. Make sure that it's correct.

You don't want to cause any injury to your wrists or your thumb.

Slow round here.

Now we're going to do that thoracic spine.

So move the right hand to the center. Fingertips palm rests.

Close the arm.

And take it back. Open up.

And slow come back down.

Now we're just going to do some hip circles.

Two.

Three.

Four. Reverse.

One. Two.

Three.

And four. Back.

Reverse.

And reverse.

Good. Now drop it back and then bring it forward.

Hold this one.

Fingertips palm rests.

Core squeezed. Glutes engaged.

Drop the head back and push the chin forward.

And lift.

And lift.

Now this one's going to feel weird. If it does, just straighten the leg.

And rock it out a bit.

And do the same on the other side.

Go slow.

Good.
