Right now I'm going to lift up on the feet again.
Two, three, four.
Working up.
Again, it's going to stretch.
Slowly roll up.
Do some shoulder rolls.
That's one of the best stretches you can do, just to hang like that.
Stretch out your back.
Now we're going to do some lunges here.
So, one, switch side.
Go slow in the first start.
I got my socks on, I'm just making this lip a little...
I don't want to tear anything so I'm just going to go slow.
You're going to feel it in front of your legs.
Alright, practice in the house.
I'm gonna go on.
Alright, we're going to come down onto the floor now.
I want you to lay down.
Alright, just let that light out.
20. 10 more. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 4, 3, 2. Last one. Bring it down.
You can really feel that. Right in that outer leg there.
Feel it burning. The burning is good because it lets you know that you're using the muscle.
Alright, just let it rest for a minute. Kick the leg out back and forth here.

15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
And the last one.
Oh, I feel that in those glutes.
All along those top parts, but mostly that glute area.

I got a little more I want to do in there, but let's stretch that hip out.

You just want to stretch it out.
You know, I feel like I'll do that side when we're doing the two.
