Alright everybody, so yesterday we did a wall stretch and I want to show you another version
of that stretch.
So you're just going to pretty much come parallel to the wall, extend your leg out, and you're
going to lay down, bring your leg up, and then just pull your leg down.
So we're stretching the hamstring here.
Alright, so you want to just hold this stretch and let this leg slowly come down.
If you want to work your abdominals while that's stretching, this is where you do your
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
Extend the leg back up.
You can support the leg with blocks here too.
So you just take the block and you put it underneath the leg, closer down at the bottom.
So that just takes a little bit of extra stress off of the leg.
If you want to put it out here, you would just use the other block.
You can also just push the block against the wall.
So same thing, we want to work the abdominals.
One, two, we did two sets today.
Three, four.
5, 6, 7, 8, push the knee.
And of course the longer you stay here, the more your leg is going to stretch out.
Getting the habit of doing these ones before bed is a great way to open up your hips before bed.
Stretch out your hamstrings.
It's a great stretch because it kind of ***** you to relax.
