Hi, my name is Bree Mills, and I am the producer writer and a director here at girls way
Well member interaction is certainly at the foundation of what we do here at girls way
Really from the beginning we've been interacting with members and getting them involved in casting and writing and
Giving us insights into what they'd like to see on girls way
And we've really incorporated that feedback and shared our own feedback and girls ways really developed into a community of
Like-minded fans and producers and models all sharing information and ideas
Our goal in 2018 is to not only keep the spirit of transparency and information sharing
But even to find new ways to give our fan community insights into the behind the scenes here at girls way
So one of the greatest testaments to the spirit of the girls way community
I think has to do with our forum our forum was launched as a pretty basic platform
And what our members have done have gone way beyond just interacting and responding to messages
It is now being used to do a monthly casting poll
We've just launched a fan awards where the voting is being conducted in the forum
