Well, uh, thank you again for meeting in my home.

I know in-home meetings are a little bit unorthodox for a job interview, but we here at Activision

Blizzard like to do things a little bit differently.

Now I gotta say, I looked over your resume and I'm quite impressed.

You've made about half a dozen quite popular indie games just by yourself.

No help at all doing everything.

The art, the music, the programming.

You are a very, very talented individual and I think you would make quite an asset to our

team.

But, um, we really gotta make sure that you have the, how should I say, team spirit.

Because while you have a lot of, I guess you could say, star potential, we are a team and

we need to make sure that you are a team player.

And a great way of ensuring that is by seeing how well we can dissolve your boundaries,

so to say.

You know, it's like an ego thing.

You have the talent.

I want to see if you can work very intimately with others.

And as the Human Resources Manager, it's my job to make sure that all of our employees

are working well together.

So, uh, we like to have a little test here at these interviews and if you pass the test,

you get the job.

If you fail, well then someone of your talent can probably find a job easily elsewhere,
