and the defendants' commitment to quality education,

but said based on a technical analysis of Colorado law,

they had no choice but to dismiss the lawsuit.

Governor Jared Polis on Tuesday,

calling the decision a victory for parents

and citing the success of his program.

He enrolled over 46,000 universal pre-K students last year.
