Hey guys, this is Jessica Bloom. One of the most common questions people ask me is how

get to it, shall we? So first up, you want to get comfortable in bed and we're going
to warm up the legs to start with. Before you do any intense stretching or exercise,
you should always warm up. And it's also good to do a little warm down after as well to
