your ears.
And switch to the other side, stretch out that hip, stretch your neck, back to center.
Alright, now we're going to come up into cat cow, keep your core tight, your knees are
shoulder width apart, feet can be up to give you a little bit more support.
Your hands are underneath your shoulders, the round part of your arm is facing the center,
don't let them turn forward.
If you've got carpal tunnel, you can either fold up a mat or take a towel or a strap and
just adjust it for your hands so that you're taking the weight off of your hands and putting
more weight onto your fingertips.
If you're flat on the carpet, you want to go fingertips, palm, and then wrist.
You want to make sure you're not putting a lot of weight on your wrists.
