with another yoga workout video. Let's crack on. I'm gonna start with a full

body movement and I'm gonna work down to my lower part and really open up my hips

for this video today. You're welcome to join in, grab a mat and follow along.

First of all we're gonna go on to the side and simply just get some movement in our

arms. If you want to look back and look forward. And back. And when you're here you can always add a bit of a bend in the back.

And then we're gonna go forward, forward, forward, keeping your legs straight. Coming all the way down and if you touch the floor.

Then you want to make sure your feet are hip width apart. Tuck a little bit down and

stretch those legs back up. And down and up. I'm gonna show you again on another angle.

So feet hip width apart, hands on the floor. Keep them flat or use your fingertips if you can reach.

And bend and come back up. And bend and come back up. So next what we're going to do is just simply

tuck at the knees, your hands around, grab your elbows, go into this Indian sitting position,

stretch your legs back up, breathe in, out. And out. The more you do this the easier it gets.

And then walk your legs a little bit here. Just open up those knees, move those hips.
