video. So today I'm gonna be doing a lot of leg stretching, hip opening. There's a

lot of tension you keep in your hips so we're gonna get rid of that today. So

come with me, let's start. We're gonna go down on all fours but before we do that

So we're going to begin in the all fours.

Hands underneath your shoulders.

Just inhale.

Drop your belly.

Look up to the sky.

Exhale and bring your chin to the chest.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

And repeat.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

Tuck your toes underneath.

Push back into a modified downward dog.

And keep your knees bent.

And stretch through the upper body.

Take it nice and easy.

Tap your knees to the ground.

And push back again.

And once again.

Tap.

Push back.

Really spread your fingers nice and wide.

Inhale.

And now let's walk out of this downward dog.

Move your hips.

Move your shoulders.

Bring your feet in.

And exhale.

And repeat.

Just walk out all of that tension.

And now slowly, round, come into high plank.

Drop your knees to the floor, bend your elbows, and come into cobra.

Look to the side.

Tuck your knees under, and adjust to the ground.
