Good morning everyone.

I recorded this video last night and for some reason there's no sound so I'll have to do a voiceover to make it work.

So right now I'm wearing the yoga pants that I got from my unboxing yesterday.

They're really nice, they're super comfortable, super soft.

And I just wanted to say a big thank you to Evernote for being anonymous.

So just warming up slowly.

My routines are slowly changing.

I'm getting into more leg work, more hip work as I work on opening my hips to do the middle splits is what I'm working on.

So just warming up a little bit here, getting a little bit blood flowing.

And legs up.

When you take the legs up you get a better, well just more flexibility in the hip joints.

So it's important when you do hip work that you take time to warm up so that you don't damage your tendons or joints or anything.

You always get more flexibility when your body's around and warmer.

So I'm just marching in place here, left and right.

Good. Good way to get the body moving.

Get the body moving.

I really like these yoga pants, they're very comfortable, super, super soft.

Definitely want to put some more on to my list.

My character was living on the side.

Now we're just leaning forward, stretching on the back of the head and the strings.
