I'm gonna calm down and work the legs today.
So just squatting down.
Just pivoting left and right.
Slowly come down.
Lay down into some bridges.
So you're just pushing up.
These are great for the back of the thigh and the glutes.
So when you go up, you want to squeeze your legs and your abdominals and your glutes.
And make sure you're pushing through the heels.
You don't want to go too fast. You want to do them kind of slow. You get more out of it if you go slow.
Because you're really forcing that glute muscle to start to work.
You got your own pace here.
Very slow.
and bring the legs down, just bring them in slightly.
You wanna stretch out those muscles you just used.
All right, I'm gonna put the legs up.
I want to really stretch out that hamstring.
So you can probably feel it's getting really tight
despite doing those.
So you're gonna put your legs up
and do some circles and some points and flex
with your toes.
8, 9, 10.
And then we're going to windshield wiper.
3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.
Now we're going to circle.
Nice deep breath here.
And switch sides.
If you can't grab the toes, just grab the sides of the feet or the legs or wherever
you can.
If you're just like here, that's okay.
You just grab where you can.
You just want to try to stretch out that hamstring.
