Alright guys, well hello. Welcome to today's lesson.
So today we're going to just open the hips.
It's a very easy pose.
You're just going to lay down on your back.
Just to prep for the pose, you're just going to want to wipe your legs back and forth.
You can put your arms to the side or if you have room, I don't have room here because I've got my wheel here.
You can go back behind your head to me.
I need to work on my shoulders.
It's not in alignment.
Next video we're doing shoulders.
Shoulder alignment.
So you just warm it up.
You can hold it on this side.
You can take this knee, this foot and put it on top of the knee.
You just gotta pull down.
Just stretching out the hip muscles now.
And just a love thing to relax your hips, your legs.
I'm going to slowly come up and do the other side.
So, wherever it's pulling, that's kind of telling you things.
For me, it's pulling in the knee gap right here.
That's telling me that this inner thigh is really tight.
And, you know, I took time off to do school and I haven't been doing my stretches, so...
It's something that you guys gotta do every day to keep your body flexible.
Your body's never the same, so...
