Well, good morning everybody.

Today I'm just going to continue working on my middle splits.

So as I'm starting to work, I'm starting to feel in my right hips become a little inflamed and sore.

And that's normal, you know, when you start working on the rest of your body.

So you just want to take time to stretch in different ways than what you're doing.

And take a break too, take a rest one day, two days, and then come back to it.

So I'm just going to stretch out my hip a little bit today.

Come forward.

I taught that little bit of flow and movement.

You don't have to flow, you can just hold it straight if you like.

And then you want to switch sides.

It's important to stretch both sides of your legs.

And this is a good one for the hamstrings, the calves, and you're also stretching out

your hip joint.

So it's very good to, you're also stretching out your spine.

And if you figured out my nav, you followed me so far through my last series, you realize

that everything all kind of works together.

So if you're tied in one area, you're going to be tied somewhere else.

and slowly come up.

All right, now we're just gonna do a little bit

of hip mobility.

So very slowly up and down.

Make sure you keep yourself sitting up straight.
