Well, good morning everybody.
So today I'm going to do a quick stretch for the spine right there.
You can start down below, you can come up.
You just want to stretch out your spine here.
Push your feet down.
You're going to stretch out the back of your calves.
And your hamstrings.
And if you start to move your hips from left to right,
you're going to feel how everything is connected there.
In your thigh, out of thigh.
Okay, lower down. We're going to do a couple cat cows. Take a deep breath in.
Drop your core down.
Deep breath in and exhale, push everything up.
Stretch your spine and your neck.
wash back
and wipe down to ******* clothes
I just want to go back home.
You can go at your own pace here. You can stop in each section and just breathe.
The more you take time to breathe in those positions, the better you're going to feel.
Because what it does is it elongates everything and just lets everything relax.
Alright, I'm going to do my legs this morning.
It's just a wonderful feeling when you feel your body starting to change.
Alright, we're going to loop that around the leg and I'm just going to extend it up.
And now we're just going to do some circles.
Remember to do whatever you can for your body.
