Because the breast pump can be kind of harsh on your nipple,

kind of pull your nipple, but your hands are actually a much better way.

So what I like to do is, I just like to start with some coconut oil.

I just do a light massage to help bring the milk forward.

Your milk ducts are actually all around your breast.

And then for this technique,

I like to just push back and then push forward.

I can get the camera closer so you can see.

You just push back and then forward.

You can see it's kind of spraying out.

And it can take three to five minutes to get it going good.

It's also good to rub into your skin.

It has lots of good nourishing properties.

That's basically the technique.

It can take anywhere from three to five minutes to get it going.

Basically what you want to do is, you're just going to push back,
