Alright, good morning everybody. Welcome. Today we're going to just do some stretching

around the hips before I go for my morning walk. So just start by moving, keep your core

tight. Just move very gently, you're going to feel how tight you are on your hips. Shoulders

down and back, sit up nice and tall. And start to move your head back and forth.

And we're going to slowly drop down to the left side, push your hip down. Keep the abdominals

squeezed tight, glutes tight, legs tight. Push down, open the chest up, deep breath

in and out. And then start to bring the arm up as high as you can. Give your body time

to stretch. Now we're going to hold it up and do some little circles. Keep pushing the

hip down, keep the core tight. Go bigger circles and go at your own speed here. Everybody's

got a different switch direction. Now if you can't bring the arm up all the way, just do

small circles with your elbow. Switch direction. And just go very slow here, you want to give

that shoulder and muscle time to get used to moving again. Stretch over, push the hip down.

And slowly come back up. And then we're going to switch to the other side. Stretch over.

And then start with your circles. Keep the core tight. Switch direction. And then we're
