Hello everybody, welcome to today's stretch.
So today, we're going to open the hips.
I want you to put the legs down into **** pose.
If you can't bring them down that far, then just sitting with your knees up is good too.
And you're just going to lean forward, so wherever you are here.
You're going to feel the lower back stretch out.
And I'll show you in the beginner position to start.
And you want to keep your core engaged here.
Nice deep breathing.
Just take a couple of breaths. Just take a couple of moments to be still.
Focus on your breathing in and out.
And turn off all your other thoughts.
Just focus on your breathing.
If you're able to bring your legs down into the **** pose, you're going to do the same thing.
Hands are on the ground.
If you can't get all the way to the ground, you can use your yoga blocks.
And you're just going to lean forward to the same position.
Nice deep breathing.
You're going to push the shoulders down and back.
And you're going to rise and lower the head here if you like.
Just going to do it with the spine.
Alright.
And then bring the legs back together.
So you're going to reach down and put your hands underneath your feet.
And you're just going to pull your toes back.
Very gently.
So what this does is it opens your feet and it stretches the bottom of your foot.
