Hello everybody. Welcome. So today we're going to work on strengthening the upper body. So your arms.
So if you can do the push-ups, full strength push-ups, by all means do those.
I like to do the smaller ones. You can do them up against the wall. You can do them leaning up against the counter.
If you're doing them on the floor, remember to have fingertips, palms, wrists. Squeeze the abdominals.
And just lowering down. Deep breath in. And come back up.
Deep breath in and out.
Three. Four. And five.
Alright, from here we're going to come onto the elbows. And I want you to extend the legs out behind you.
Alright, we're going to lower up and down the same way. So again, come up. Up and down.
Keep your core engaged. Glutes engaged.
Seven. And last one. Eight.
And lower back down.
Alright, from here I want you to bring one leg up.
And we're going to lift and lower the leg. Squeeze the leg. Squeeze the glutes. Squeeze the core.
Four. Five. Six. Seven. And eight.
Alright, from here we're going to go back up. Push it up. Really extend back. Keep your abdominals squeezed tight. Your glutes.
And then lower up and down.
And lower down. Straighten the leg. Do the same on the other side. Lift the foot up.
General rotation in the hip.
