Hello everybody. So today we're going to do a little bit of maintenance on the bottom
of the feet. If you've got sore ankles or I have on the bottom of my left foot feels
kind of tender and it's kind of in that way to hide my aneurysm. So I'm going to take
a little jar and put a fraction of coconut oil and a couple drops of peppermint essential
oil in it. And I'm just going to rub it on where it's inflamed. And these bottles are
great. They come in all different sizes. It's an easy way to store your stuff and if it
tips over it doesn't leak. And then I have a cloth I'm just going to put down. So you're
just going to massage it in with the thumb. Two thumbs. Just around that area. You can
kind of just feel. Now if you've got an injury it takes a long time for an injury to heal.
So don't get discouraged. I had my thumb injury and I overextended it in California. It took
years for that to heal and be so that it's pain free. And I had to do a lot of, you know,
I wore a brace on it for a while. I massaged it with the peppermint oil. I had to squeeze
the ball I was using to strengthen the hand up then. So you know don't get discouraged.
You just have to keep stretching, keep working it very gently. Massage. And eventually everything
realigns and it finally lets go. So I'm doing my foot. And I'm also going to do my shoulder.
