Okay, once you are warmed up, you can take the frog pose.
You're just going to come forward.
Now if you can't get all the way down to doing this on the floor, you can just use a pillow.
I love the pillow because it's just a great way to support yourself so you don't overextend.
Just lean forward on it.
Okay.
And you just relax.
It's a lot easier than going straight onto the floor.
If you pull yourself upward into up dog cobra pose, the sphinx pose, you can't get all the way up.

You can walk your hands.
Use the pillow.
You'll slowly be able to come up.
Keep your core tight.
And just go as far as you can.
For me, this is my final extent to where I can go.
If I go any further, I might cause injury.
You can do a flow where you come up and down.
Inhale.

Or you can work on opening the hips just by slowly lifting up that foot.
Just getting the hip joints moving a little bit.
Make sure here that you have a soft, either a mat or a towel underneath your knees so you don't cause bruising on your knees.
And if you can, you can reach back.
You can use a strap if you like to try to help your foot up.
And only go as far as you can.
