Okay, well as I continue with my recovery, so working on my legs, you know, I've been

able to open up the center of my back, which was completely seized up. I couldn't even

move my thorax spine area. And that's just due to the stretches I've been showing you.

So now we're going to work on the core of the legs. I suggest everybody get a yoga ball.

This is good even if you're not recovering from a brain aneurysm. But just to, you know,

keep your core straight and your legs. You need to build those, keep those muscles connected.

So staying connected, squeezing. It's very simple, just moving side to side in circles.

Keep the core tight, shoulders down and back. Make sure you're sitting up straight. And

as you go around in circles, you're going to feel the entire core there strengthening.

Good. Okay. Now you can go side to side. Very, very simple. I mean you don't have to

do a lot. My exercises are, you know, for people that have trouble moving. So open your

legs, your leg stance. Make sure you keep your legs squeezed and just shift the weight

from left to right. You're going to feel it stretching. If you keep the muscles squeezed,

your core, your glutes, your legs, you won't overextend. You can actually feel the tendons
