I got my second shingles vaccination yesterday.

It's not making me feel very good today.

So, I'm getting kind of like heart palpitations, my body's really sore, my shoulders are sore.

So, I'm just going to lay down on my blocks here, stretch out my back.

Open my shoulders and just do some nice relaxing breathing.

So, open the chest.

You're also stretching the neck when you're doing this.

Now I'm going to drop the legs down to **** pose.

Stretch out the inner thighs.

Slowly roll the head from side to side.

Open the legs up, we're going to winch and wipe the legs a little bit.

Just go at your own pace here.

Just relaxing.

Now everything will just settle down.

Alright, from here we're going to come up.

And I'm going to turn around the other way.

And I'm just going to put a block on either side and just going to lean forward.

Just stretching out the back of the neck.

Push the shoulders down away from the ears.

And if you can, lower down to your elbows.

Nice deep stretch in the neck.

And we're just going to do a slow flow, stretching out the lower back.

And the neck.

Good.

Slow come up.

Alright.

From here we're going to sit to the front.
