Good morning everybody. I hope you guys all had a good night's sleep. I'm starting to
feel the cold weather in the morning now so when I wake up my body's a little bit
achy. Otherwise I had a pretty good night's sleep. Just you know lots going on with the
renovations and stuff right now and having this big hole in my wall so I will have to
deal with it and show you guys. Anyway so today we're going to just start. I want to
stretch out the spine, the neck and the shoulders really good. So we're going to start in cat
cow so just come up into here. And we're going to roll back up. And then roll it back down
Just do a slow flow of this. Get the core in good. The legs squeezed.
You can stay for the exhale.
Or you can do a little faster flow. Whichever you like.
And then we're going to just drop back into ******* pose. This gives you a good stretch in the back.
Which is when you're tired back. We're already in between your shoulder blades, your neck.
You can drop your elbows down.
And then squeeze that abdominals.
If you're way up here that's okay.
We're all in a different flex range.
Alright we're going to put the hand on the side of the neck.
Take a deep breath in and we're going to open up to that thoracic spine.
And do a couple of these.
