We're just gonna very quickly stretch out first. It's very important to warm up a little bit.
So just kind of come forward. Remember to keep everything engaged. Squeeze tight. That
prevents injury. Even though I'm doing these videos as an aneurysm survivor, stroke survivor,
these are for everybody. You don't have to have a stroke to do the stretching. It's just
basic stretching. If you stretch out every night and every day, you're gonna find your
tendons stay stretched out. If you miss a day, it's like missing three days. That's
how quickly the tendons shrink up. I've had trouble getting my hamstrings to stretch out
because I've spent 21 days in bed not doing anything. Just be patient with yourself. Be
persistent and be consistent to do the stretching every day. Even if you're just leaning forward
and just holding. Keep everything tight. Just let everything relax. A lot of tension is
held in the body. So if you're having a bad day at work, you have a house full of ****,
or a job you don't like. If you drive a lot, that's also very stressful. Especially in
storms and stuff. It all gets stuck in the body. So this is how we stretch and we let
that out. It can be trauma from your history, childhood. We all have it. I still get bullied
