Okay, the first thing we're going to do is a lunge.

We're going to grab our dumbbells.

I'm gonna turn to the side so you can see what I'm doing.

We're going to keep the right foot planted

and with the left foot, we're going to step back

and lower our knee to the ground, like so.

And we're going to step back up.

So we're going to do this 20 times.
