Welcome to Naked in the Kitchen. I am your host, Ginger Pear-Tart, the hairiest woman on earth.
Not to brag. And I'm going to just prove to you my hairiness real quick by showing you up close my big old hairy bush.
I'm playing with the lighting. I just spent a long time working with it, so I'm hoping it shows a little more detail.
Because I do shoot in 4K, and I'm told that it doesn't look that way.
So I just spent a bunch of time setting up a bunch of lights with a bunch of extension cords.
So tell me how you like it.
Alright, and today we're going to actually make something I've never made before, but it looks good.
I'm going to be working with puff pastry and making these asparagus and brie puff pastries.
Sounds pretty good, huh?
So we'll see how that turns out.
So far, all I've done is preheat the oven to 375.
I've rinsed the asparagus, and I've started trimming them, which you just do like this.
One of these guys, like a boom. That's all you do.
And it'll break at the right part, because that'll tell you where it's a little bit too tough.
So yeah, OMG, we finally get to do this again, you guys.
I wasn't able to film a video for like a while.
The last one I did was back in August or something, which was a couple months ago.
