So I'm not sure if anyone who is hanging out tonight has hung out with me on these streets

before.

Normally what I like to do is I like to do a little mini dumbbell circuit and then some

stretching but you might notice behind me is a different setting than usual.

I'm actually away for a couple of nights.

I'm staying in a hotel and streaming from there and obviously, probably, did not take

my dumbbells on holiday with me.

Hey there, how are you doing?

So it is just a stretching stream tonight but I have actually noticed that hanging

out on stream with all of you guys, chatting and being a little more regimented about it

is helping.

I've got a lot more flexibility in the gym already.

The other thing I would normally do if I was at home would be to bring up my foam roller

but again, thank you, I'm glad you like it.

I try and make sure that I'm updating Twitter pretty often so it's always nice to know that

people appreciate what I'm putting on there.

I just did a short workout.

I'm travelling at the moment so I'm actually in a hotel so I did the best that I could

do with the hotel gym.

It's got a bunch of dumbbells and not a whole lot else.

So I did that, spent a lot of time finding my way around.
