I am so glad to be here again with Herstiz and Caroline.

I am so, so excited about spending my day with you guys.

It's Friday for me.

So we have some relaxing things to do today.

Like, I am planning to go some places.

And I want to show you around, too.

I woke up two hours ago.

And I did some meditation.

Because of the pandemic, I needed the time

to be there for my body.

So I feel it helped me a lot with all my mental health.

And it helped me to be more settled, to start my day.

So I feel like I don't have that pressure to finish everything.

I just go in with the flow.

That's why I love meditation in the morning.

Look at that.

So amazing, right?

I just wanted to share with you what

is the meaning of these mountains for me.

It's really exciting because this is like my hometown.

I grew up seeing these mountains every day in my life.

Every time I am out of my city or my country,

for filming with Herstiz in Europe, I need to be back here.

And I feel like I need the time to spend

on the mountains and the river.

We are pretty near now to the river.

The day is a little cloudy.

I forgot to wear something more warm

because it's getting more freezing because we

are going up and up.

We're here.
