So first let's start with the triceps.
So this one is a single arm and this one, this motion, like that, will work this part
of the tricep.
There are three muscles in the tricep.
The triceps are the shoulder, you have the long head, which is down there, the short
head and the medial head.
So this one will work the short head.
So put on a weight that you can manage, make sure your posture is correct and just simply
pull down until your arm is straight.
And that works the short head of the tricep.
You usually do around about 8 to 12 reps.
We have about a 3 to 5 second break in between.
Triceps was a good one to do.
Really makes those arms stand out more.
So that is the single arm tricep.
Moving on to the biceps.
This one is a favourite of mine.
It works the long head of the bicep.
So you can again use the single arm attachment, put it on a weight that's easy for you.
Stand in a good position with your arms stretched all the way down there.
Pull the weight right up, squeeze your bicep at the top for about 2 seconds.
Slowly pull back down.
Squeeze.
Slowly back down.
The reason you go slowly down is because that whole time your muscle is under tension.
So you're working it a lot harder.
